BIOSECURITY • SAFETY • ANIMAL WELFARE
Production that respects the dairy first.
Media production never takes priority over animal welfare, food safety, employee safety or the dairy's operating procedures.
Biosecurity
The client must provide current entry, footwear, sanitation, PPE and restricted-area requirements before production. Required specialty/disposable supplies not supplied by the dairy may be billed at cost.
Livestock & Animal Welfare
Full Compass Media will not intentionally pressure, chase or reposition livestock for a photograph. Specific animal behavior, positioning or aerial coverage cannot be guaranteed.
Authorized Access
A qualified site representative should identify approved areas, safe paths and operating hazards. We do not enter pens, confined spaces, chemical areas or moving-equipment zones without authorization.
Food & Production Safety
Our crew will follow client-provided rules for milk-production and sanitation areas. The dairy remains responsible for determining where photography/video personnel may safely and lawfully work.
Drone Operations
Drone coverage depends on FAA requirements, airspace, wind/weather, safe takeoff/landing areas and livestock sensitivity. The pilot may modify or decline a flight when conditions are not safe.
Privacy & Confidential Areas
Tell us before the shoot about proprietary systems, employee/privacy restrictions or areas that must not be recorded. NDA or restricted-delivery workflows can be discussed for sensitive projects.

Questions before production day.
These website summaries help with planning. The signed Full Compass Media service agreement and written proposal control the final scope, pricing and project-specific terms.
How do we reserve a dairy production date?
A signed agreement and 50% project retainer reserve the date. An inquiry or verbal conversation does not hold a production date.
How much travel is included?
Travel within 30 miles of Clovis, New Mexico is included. Additional ground travel is generally estimated at $0.75 per round-trip mile, and lodging/per diem may be quoted for distant or early-morning multi-day productions.
What do you need from us for biosecurity?
Please provide entry procedures, footwear/sanitation requirements, PPE, restricted zones, vehicle rules and any animal-health protocols before the shoot. If specialty disposable PPE or sanitation supplies must be purchased specifically for your dairy, those costs may be added to the project.
Can you photograph employees and livestock during normal operations?
Yes, when the dairy authorizes access and the activity can be documented safely. The client is responsible for internal employee permissions and identifying any people, processes or areas that may not be photographed.
Can drone footage be guaranteed?
No. Aerial work is subject to FAA rules, airspace authorization, weather, wind, visibility, property permission, safe operating space and livestock sensitivity. If aerial coverage is unsafe or unlawful, we will prioritize ground coverage and discuss alternatives.
How quickly will our files be delivered?
Photo-focused packages are generally delivered in 5–10 business days. Projects with primary films are generally delivered in 10–15 business days, with larger campaigns potentially requiring additional post-production time. Rush service may be available for +25%.
Do we receive RAW photos or unedited video?
No. Standard packages include professionally selected and finished deliverables. RAW photographs, camera originals and unedited footage are not included unless specifically licensed and quoted in writing.
Can you keep sensitive areas or information private?
Yes. Before production, identify restricted areas, proprietary systems, privacy concerns and internal-use-only deliverables. We can discuss NDA requirements, limited portfolio use and controlled delivery for sensitive projects.
What happens if weather or operating conditions change?
Outdoor and aerial portions may be adjusted when high wind, lightning, heavy precipitation, dust, operational emergencies or unsafe conditions affect production. We will coordinate a practical reschedule or revise the shot plan according to the signed agreement.
